Bronson Arroyo delivers quality start in no-decision

Reds pitcher Bronson Arroyo turned in a quality start Sunday, giving up two earned runs on three hits and four walks while striking out one in 6 1/3 innings, but the bullpen couldn’t lock down a victory, leaving Arroyo with a no-decision in his team’s 6-5 loss to the Brewers.

Arroyo has turned in three straight quality starts, giving up just two earned runs in each, but hasn’t won a game since Aug. 24. He brings a 13-11 record, 3.56 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 119:31 K:BB ratio into Saturday’s start against the Pirates.
